The Real Chow Baby...

Patrick and I have been going to The Real Chow Baby in Atlanta for almost a year now. We had heard of this place from a friend and decided to try it out during the great "Snowpocalypse of 2011". We were on our way to The Fox in Atl and Chow Baby was about the only thing open! Since then we have probably been 50 times. Everyone is always asking us what it is and what kind of food, so I decided to dedicate a blog to it!

Basically its a stir fry bar/buffet. All you can eat for $12.99! Its called Asian Fusion.
Located @ 1016 Howell Mill Rd, Suite A, Atlanta, GA
1st you write your name on your paddle. This tells them what table you are at and who you are.
There are all kinds of fun recipes on the wall. You can use one of theirs or create your own!
Now you grab (one) black bowl.
There are all sorts of things you can do.. Make it into a soup, wrap, salad, add shrimp or their amazing bread!
Choose your rice..
All sorts of noodles!
They have every type of vegetable you could want! Just pile it high. }The key is to keep smashing everything to make room for more{
They have everything from black beans to pineapple.
Next you choose your sauce(s). They have over 20 different kinds. You can mix and match or just use one. I recommend using at least four spoonfuls of sauce.
Next you take your red protein bowl.
They have 5-7 types of meat. You add it to your red bowl..
Next you add your spices.. Anything from curry to lime juice!
Now place your bowls on the counter and they'll cook it up on their Mongolian Grill!
5-10 min (depending on how busy they are) and Voila!
Typically people make 2 trips during their dinner.. Patrick has been up there 5 times before. lol
If you're looking for something different Chow Baby is definitely the place for you!
